Sonnenalpe apartments are 3 bedrooms apartments located directly on the ski slopes of Nassfeld. They are big (100m2) and spacious and have either a balcony or a big terrace with a great view on the ski pistes. These are literally only a few steps away from the main door. Thus, at the end of your ski day, you can ski down right until the front door of the apartment block. You can leave your car in the covered garage and your skis in the designated locker on the ground floor.

The 3 bedrooms apartments directly on the ski slopes can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Hence they are ideal for two families or a group of friends. The floor plan is pretty much the same:
– One large living room with open floor kitchen
– Two double bedrooms
– Double bunk beds room
– A sofa-bed in the living room
– One bathroom with a big shower and bidet
– Separate WCs (2)
Since the apartments have a west-facing, spacious terrace or balcony overlooking the pistes, they are perfect for an aperitivo or a drink before dinner.

All apartments have a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a dishwasher (!). There is nothing worse to have to wash dishes after an intense day of skiing. The apartments have a wooden parquet floor, set up with efficient and cosy floor heating. A baby bed is also available upon request. Please let us know upon booking if you need it.
The living room has cable television and Free wi-fi is included, easily accessible from all the rooms.

The apartments are strictly non-smoking! Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony/terrace

Please note some of the pictures are for illustration only. Whilst the layout of the apartments is the same, their furniture can vary slightly between them.

Pets

Pets are allowed in our apartments, but they are not to be left alone in the apartment when you are away walking or skiing. Please also understand that pets, due to their natural loss of hair, to which some people are sensitive or even allergic, cause a considerable increase in cleaning time. Hence when pets are present, we need to spend additional time and care in the final cleaning stage. So in order to ensure that the apartment is spotless for the next guests, we need to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Check in/out times

We do everything we can to ensure that you can enter your apartment as soon as possible on arrival day. However, we also want to ensure that we can clean the apartments properly, and there are no shortcuts to this.
We therefore kindly ask you to arrive not before 17:00, so that we can complete the cleaning to the high standards we have set ourselves.
If you arrive before 17:00, we recommend to do some final shopping up in the village, pick up your rented skis, or buy the skipasses at the Kassa.
Should the apartment be ready earlier, we will be more than happy to let you in before the agreed time.

Similarly on departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:30am and in reasonable order. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. This will ensure we have sufficient time to clean the apartment properly so that it is ready for our next guests.
